CM Yogi assures justice, aid at Gorakhnath Janata Darshan

Gorakhpur: During the Janata Darshan programme at Gorakhnath Temple on Sunday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed grievances of around 200 people and assured them that the government stands firmly with every needy citizen. He directed officials to ensure fair and time-bound disposal of complaints.

Referring applications to administrative and police authorities, the Chief Minister stressed that every genuine issue must be resolved without delay. Taking cognizance of police and revenue-related complaints, Yogi instructed district officials to act promptly and warned that negligence in handling revenue matters would not be tolerated. He directed authorities to ensure that victims receive justice within the stipulated timeframe.

Several people sought financial assistance for medical treatment. The CM assured them that the government would support deserving patients through health schemes and financial aid. He directed officials to facilitate Ayushman Bharat cards for all eligible beneficiaries and provide assistance from the discretionary fund wherever required.

Later, Yogi visited the temple cowshed and fed cattle jaggery and rotis. During his walk through the temple complex, he also interacted with children, encouraged them to focus on their studies, and distributed chocolates among them.
