Devender Yadav, while addressing the inaugural session, highlighted that the initiative was launched under the guidance of Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi. The primary objective is to strengthen the party's communication network at the grassroots, state, and national levels. Yadav emphasized that the talent hunt, which began in Delhi on March 17, encourages participants to engage with national issues and understand Congress ideology.

He added that candidates shortlisted during the regional phase have been invited for the final round of assessment.
