Haryana BJP Launches Mandal-Level Training Campaign Focused on AI and Digital Skills
In a strategic move to address the evolving digital landscape, the Haryana BJP has officially launched the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Maha Abhiyan. This comprehensive mandal-level training campaign is specifically designed to prepare the party's media teams for the opportunities and challenges presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The initiative kicked off with its first session across 66 mandals and is scheduled to continue until April 14, covering all 377 mandals in the state.
Campaign Structure and Key Participants
The training programme features a robust lineup of speakers, including MLAs, spokespersons, and party chairmen, who will lead sessions aimed at enhancing the capabilities of BJP workers. Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli emphasized that the campaign's core objectives are to equip party members with ideological clarity, organisational strength, and readiness for public service. He highlighted that the training will incorporate practical lessons on the use of AI tools, social media operations, and booth management to modernise and streamline organisational work.
To foster better coordination and interaction among participants, overnight stays have been made mandatory for workers during the mandal-level sessions. This approach is intended to strengthen teamwork and ensure a more immersive learning experience.

Badoli stated, "Training is the real strength of the organisation. This training campaign will organisationally empower BJP workers to realise PM Modi's vision of Viksit Bharat." He further explained that the campaign is not a one-time event but a continuous process aimed at grooming workers for long-term effectiveness. According to Badoli, every BJP worker operates with the spirit of Nation First, and this training is designed to enhance their capacity, efficiency, and ideological clarity.
He added that the training transcends mere formality, describing it as an integral part of the BJP's soul, reflecting its ideological commitment and ongoing dedication to worker development. The initiative underscores the party's focus on adapting to technological advancements while maintaining its core values, positioning it to better navigate the digital era and contribute to national progress.
