She criticized the Union government for significant funding reductions to states under the 100-day employment scheme, a crucial welfare program.
Kanimozhi elaborated, "Prime Minister Modi has been introducing laws that effectively pave the way for the complete dismantling of this scheme. Despite these challenges, Chief Minister Stalin has made a firm commitment: if the DMK returns to power, we will increase the 100-day employment guarantee to 150 days, ensuring greater economic security for our people."
