Lack of Preparation Holding India Back from Becoming Vishwaguru: RSS Chief
Lack of Preparation Holding India Back from Vishwaguru: RSS Chief

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat stated on Thursday that a lack of preparation is preventing India from achieving its potential as a 'Vishwaguru' (world leader). Speaking at the conclusion of an RSS volunteer training camp in Nagpur, Bhagwat emphasized that while India's time has come, time alone is insufficient without proper preparation.

Bhagwat Highlights External Threats

Bhagwat warned that there are individuals who sow discord and forces that do not wish to see India great, ready to create unrest over minor pretexts. He stressed that the world currently grapples with conflict-driven development models, soaring oil prices, and deep systemic confusion, positioning India uniquely to offer holistic solutions.

Industrialist Birla Attends Event

The Nagpur event was attended by prominent industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla as the chief guest. Bhagwat's remarks come amid global tensions, including the West Asia conflict, which he noted affects countries not directly involved.

Need for Supreme Prosperity

Bhagwat asserted that the world listens to those who wield power, and India must become supremely prosperous. He argued that even though the world knows India speaks the truth, it is not accepted merely because it is true. India, as a nation of spiritual and religious life, is meant to offer 'dharma' to the world.

He concluded that the world seeks a new path, which India can provide, but preparation is essential. 'India's time has come. But time alone does not make things happen. One must prepare for that time,' Bhagwat said.
