The inauguration of the Singapenn Special Task Force is set to take place on Tuesday in Chennai. This event marks Chief Minister Vijay's first public appearance in the city after being sworn into office. The ceremony will be held at Rajarathinam Stadium in Egmore at 5pm.
Leadership and Structure
Inspector-General of Police K Bhavaneeswari has been appointed as the head of the task force. The unit will initially comprise police inspectors, sub-inspectors, and over 30 police personnel. The launch was originally scheduled for May 29 but was postponed due to administrative reasons.
