Sammarco claims the congressman sent unsolicited photographs of his genitals and shirtless selfies while drinking. She emphasized the power imbalance, noting that while she was 24 years old and socializing with friends, he was a sitting United States congressman "drunk texting" her.
Additionally, she alleges that Swalwell would deliberately run past her apartment building multiple times after learning her residential location. Although they maintained occasional contact, she states she ceased responding to his sexual advances once she entered a serious romantic relationship.
Marketing Professional Alleges Four-Year Pattern of Explicit Content
A fourth woman working in marketing alleges that Representative Swalwell initiated contact with her in 2021 after she engaged with his social media posts. She told CNN that their conversations turned sexual within approximately one month, with the congressman requesting nude photographs and sending unsolicited videos of his penis.
"When you're getting unsolicited explicit videos sent to you, it just makes you feel like I'm lesser than a person," she explained during her interview.
Although the two individuals never met in person, this digital relationship reportedly continued for approximately four years, creating what she describes as a prolonged pattern of inappropriate behavior from the political figure.
