UP Police Constable Exam Cheating Racket Busted

Prayagraj: Sleuths of the special task force (Prayagraj unit) on Thursday arrested two men, including the kingpin of a racket involved in cheating youths on the pretext of ensuring success in the UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2025.

Arrests and Seizures

Those arrested were identified as Raju Kumar Manjhi of Siwan in Bihar and Chote Lal Yadav of Jaunpur. Police have seized 21 photocopies of admit cards, two mobile phones, three cheques, three copies of Aadhaar cards, four marksheets, and 13 WhatsApp chat copies from their possession. The arrest was made near Badagav area in Mugra Badhahpur (Jaunpur).

Kingpin's Confession

Kingpin Raju Kumar Manjhi confessed that he and his accomplices were involved in cheating aspirants of competitive exams on the pretext of ensuring success. Police revealed that Manjhi was arrested in 2022 on similar charges and faces two criminal cases.
