VP Radhakrishnan arrives in Mangaluru, heads to Dharmasthala

Vice-President CP Radhakrishnan arrived at Mangaluru International Airport (MIA) on Saturday aboard a special Indian Air Force aircraft. He was warmly welcomed by Dakshina Kannada MP Captain Brijesh Chowta, who presented him with a traditional jasmine garland. City Police Commissioner Sudheer Kumar Reddy CH and Deputy Commissioner Darshan HV were also present at the airport to receive the dignitary.

Visit to Dharmasthala

Following the reception, the Vice-President proceeded to Dharmasthala via helicopter. He is scheduled to stay overnight at the Dharmasthala guest house. On Sunday morning, he will visit the revered Dharmasthala temple and later inaugurate the Siri Industrial Park at the Amruthavarshini Auditorium.

Security and Arrangements

In light of the Vice-President's visit, comprehensive security measures have been implemented at Mangaluru International Airport and in Dharmasthala. Elaborate arrangements were made to ensure a smooth and secure visit, with personnel from various agencies deployed to manage the event.
