AYODHYA: In a tragic turn of events, a 75-year-old woman died on Sunday, just hours after her husband's funeral in a village in Ayodhya. The couple, Bhagwan Tiwari (80) and his wife Sachi Tiwari, resided in Revli village.
Husband's Death and Funeral
Bhagwan Tiwari passed away early on Sunday morning due to age-related ailments. His last rites were performed at around 11 am in the presence of family members and villagers, as reported by news agency PTI.
Wife's Sudden Death
Later in the day, tragedy struck the family again when Sachi Tiwari fell ill and died. Villagers recalled that when Bhagwan Tiwari's funeral procession left the house in the morning, no one imagined that another procession would depart from the same home within a few hours.
The incident has left the community in shock, as the couple passed away within hours of each other.
