Further, the civic body undertook work to open the 18-meter-wide TP road from Valinath Chowk to the railway line under TP Scheme No. 20 in Chandkheda. This involved demolishing encroached construction of the IP Mission School, which facilitated the opening of a 75-meter-wide road. The operation aims to improve traffic flow and provide better connectivity in the area.

In the Ranip area, encroachments were removed along the road from Balolnagar Bridge to Pramukh Bungalow, covering the stretch from SV Square Complex to Sardar Chowk. Similar drives were conducted in Nava Vadaj, Naranpura, and Paldi areas, where encroachments were cleared from various roads. Residents have welcomed the move, though some affected parties expressed concerns over the sudden demolition. The AMC has assured that all procedures were followed as per norms and that proper notices were issued prior to the action. The civic body plans to continue such drives in other parts of the city in the coming weeks.
