Fire at Gurgaon Building in DLF-1, No Injuries Reported

A fire broke out at a four-storey building located in DLF-1, Gurgaon, on Sunday evening. Fire officials stated that the cause of the blaze is yet to be determined. No injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred on the fourth floor of the S+4 commercial building at 6:59 PM.

Response and Containment

Firefighters rushed to the location, opposite MGF Mall on Golf Course Road, after receiving information about the blaze. Three fire tenders were deployed to contain the fire, which officials said was quickly brought under control, preventing it from spreading to adjacent structures. “After 30 minutes, the fire was brought under control. One fire tender remains stationed at the site to complete documentation and other procedural formalities,” a fire officer said.

Investigation and Assessment

Fire department officials will conduct an assessment to determine the origin of the blaze and the extent of damage caused to the building.

Separate Fire at Factory in Farrukhnagar

In a separate incident, a fire call was received from a factory in the Farrukhnagar area around 1:40 AM on Sunday. Eight fire tenders from Pataudi, Manesar, Bhim Nagar, Sector 37, and Sector 29 were rushed to the spot. “The fire was doused after a couple of hours. No injuries were reported,” a fire officer said.
