Ghaziabad: Illegal Mazar Demolished in Anti-Encroachment Drive in Tronica City
Ghaziabad Demolishes Illegal Mazar in Tronica City Drive

The Ghaziabad district administration and police conducted a demolition drive in Tronica City on Sunday to remove encroachments from government land. As part of the operation, a mazar (mausoleum) illegally constructed on a greenbelt was razed.

Illegal Structure on UPSIDA Land

An official confirmed that the mazar was built on land belonging to the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA). Joint Magistrate of Loni, Deepak Singhanwal, stated that prior notice was served to the mazar authorities, informing them that the structure was an encroachment on government land. “When they failed to take action and remove it, the building was razed by government authorities,” he said.

Massive Police Deployment

During the drive, around 450 police officers, including personnel from the Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC), Rapid Action Force (RAF), and approximately 300 other police personnel, were present to prevent any untoward incidents.
