The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) on Saturday announced a 10% rebate on property tax for the financial year 2026-27, applicable to taxpayers who clear their dues on or before June 30. The civic body stated that this rebate will be available to all property owners within the NDMC jurisdiction who make timely payment of their property tax.
Scheme Details and Deadline
The council urged taxpayers to take advantage of the scheme and avail substantial savings by paying their dues before the deadline. Payments can be made through NDMC’s online payment portal or other authorized modes notified by the council, as per the official statement.

NDMC also appealed to residents to avoid a last-minute rush and complete the payment process well before the due date to ensure they receive the rebate benefit. The council emphasized that timely payment not only helps in availing the discount but also supports efficient municipal services.
