Two Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident in Bhilwara

Bhilwara: Two men lost their lives after an unidentified speeding vehicle collided with their motorcycle near Aama Kalirdiya village under Badliyas police station in Bhilwara district on Saturday. The deceased have been identified as Deepak Vaishnav (17), a resident of Kanyakheri village in Bhilwara, and his brother-in-law Rahul Vaishnav (24).

Incident Details

According to police, Rahul had traveled from Chittorgarh to Bhilwara on Friday for work. The following morning, he and Deepak were riding a motorcycle to Deepak's maternal grandparents' house in Kharo Ka Kheda village. Near the pond in Aama village, an unidentified vehicle allegedly struck their motorcycle from behind and fled the scene. The force of the collision was immense, causing both victims to die instantly.

Police arrived at the scene after receiving a report of the accident and transported the bodies to Kotdi Hospital for post-mortem. The bodies were later released to their families.

Victims' Background

Deepak was a Class XI student, while Rahul worked in the catering business. He is survived by his wife and a daughter.

Investigation

Police have registered a case and launched a search to identify the vehicle and driver involved in the accident.
