An unidentified body was found on the outskirts of Bengaluru on Tuesday morning, sparking a police investigation. The body, believed to be that of a man aged between 30 and 40, was discovered near a construction site in the Kengeri area.
Discovery and Initial Response
Local residents noticed the body around 7 AM and immediately alerted the police. A team from the Kengeri police station arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area. The body was sent to a nearby government hospital for autopsy.
Police Investigation
Senior police officials have visited the site and are examining the circumstances surrounding the death. Preliminary reports suggest no visible injuries, but the exact cause of death will be determined after the post-mortem examination. Police are also checking missing person reports and using CCTV footage from the area to identify the deceased.
"We are investigating all angles, including the possibility of a natural death or foul play. The identity of the person is yet to be established," said a police officer.
