Chennai Protest Led by BJP Youth Leader
In the state capital of Chennai, the protest was spearheaded by BJP youth wing leader S G Suryah. The demonstration took place near the Egmore area, where cadres from the alliance gathered to voice their discontent.
Participants strongly criticized the state administration for what they termed "administrative inaction" and a lack of decisive measures. They elaborated on the severe law and order challenges stemming from young individuals becoming addicted to drugs, painting a picture of a generation at risk.
Political Appeal and Demands for Action
Throughout the protests, slogans were raised condemning the current DMK-led state government. The core demand from the demonstrators was for immediate and stringent action to identify, dismantle, and eradicate the extensive drug networks operating within Tamil Nadu.
