Targeting disorder in urban areas, Sinha announced a stringent crackdown on illegal hoardings and unauthorized parking on municipal land. "Permissions must be granted only after payment of prescribed fees," he stated, while warning of heavy penalties for violators.

The deputy CM mandated joint anti-encroachment drives involving Sub-Divisional Magistrates and municipal officials. He also called for strict action against land mafia, directing officials to identify encroachers and take firm measures to protect public interest.

Reviewing road construction projects, Sinha instructed executive engineers from the Road Construction and Rural Works Departments to complete all assignments on time while maintaining uncompromising quality standards. Under the Namami Gange initiative, he directed the expeditious construction of Mokshdhams in Barhara and Shahpur.

Resolution of Revenue and Land Dispute Cases

Taking a tough stance on revenue issues, Sinha directed that all pending cases be resolved within stipulated deadlines. "Hearings of land disputes must be ensured at the circle office-level," he emphasized, highlighting the need for efficient administrative processes.
