BJP MLA's Supporters Allegedly Assault Education Director in Dehradun Office Dispute

"They took away my phone, threatened me physically, shoved me around, and ordered me to resolve the school renaming issue immediately," Naudiyal stated in his official complaint. The director emphasized that he had previously informed two visitors that the matter exceeded his directorate's authority and had already been referred to higher government levels for consideration.

Raipur police station sub-inspector Sanjay Rawat confirmed that a formal case has been registered under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including:

- Section 351(3): Criminal intimidation
