Kanpur: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to visit Unnao and Kanpur on June 18 (Thursday). He will commence his tour with a public meeting in Unnao, followed by his arrival in Kanpur to engage in various activities.
Upon receiving details about the Chief Minister’s itinerary, the district administration and officials from multiple departments have ramped up their efforts.
Natural Farming Conference at CSA University
In Kanpur, the CM will initially take part in the Natural Farming conference hosted at Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology (CSA). The conference aims to address the promotion of natural farming, enhancement of farmers’ income, and the transition to chemical-free agriculture. Preparations for the event have already started by the agriculture department and the university administration.
Review of Infrastructure Projects
Additionally, the Chief Minister will conduct a review of Public Works Department (PWD) projects and evaluate advancement of road construction, bridge projects, and other infrastructure initiatives. The officials will provide updates on the current status of these projects.
Foundation Stone Laying Ceremonies
The CM will lay the foundation stone for several development projects in the Govind Nagar and Kalyanpur regions. In preparation for the CM’s visit, district magistrate Jitendra Pratap Singh convened a meeting with officials to review security, traffic, and other logistical arrangements. The administration is working to ensure that all preparations are finalized promptly.
