Strict Instructions for Smooth Conduct of Verification

The Haryana Human Resources Department has issued comprehensive instructions to all divisions to ensure adequate arrangements are made for the verification process. Departments and commissioners have been directed to implement proper logistical support and infrastructure to facilitate the smooth execution of biometric verification across all locations.

Authorities have been mandated to maintain detailed records including the number of candidates who report for verification, the number of absentees, successful verifications completed, and cases where biometric discrepancies are identified. To oversee this process effectively, nodal officers will be appointed in each department to monitor candidate attendance and manage the verification proceedings.

Mandatory Process with Serious Consequences

The biometric verification has been declared compulsory for all selected candidates, serving as a critical identity confirmation step before final appointment. Candidates who fail to appear for their scheduled verification or whose biometric data shows mismatches may face disqualification from the selection process entirely.

Selected candidates have been strongly advised to thoroughly review their divisional schedule and arrive punctually at their designated verification venues. They must carry valid identification documents as specified in the official notice. Failure to comply with these requirements could result in cancellation of candidature despite previous selection in the recruitment process.

The Haryana Government emphasizes that this biometric verification represents the final procedural step before successful candidates receive their official appointment letters for Group D positions across various government departments in the state.
