K Kavitha to Launch New Political Party on Saturday

Hyderabad: Seven months after leaving the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), Telangana Jagruthi founder K Kavitha is set to launch a new political party on Saturday. According to sources, the party has been named 'Telangana Praja Jagruthi' and will be officially unveiled at a convention in Muneerabad, located on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

Party Launch and Agenda

During the launch event, Kavitha is expected to unveil the party's agenda and flag. Several key political leaders are anticipated to join the party immediately after the launch. Although she has been preparing to establish this new political entity, the former Member of Legislative Council (MLC) has continued to engage in various activities under her cultural organization, Telangana Jagruthi, over the past few months.

Recent Activities Under Telangana Jagruthi

Under the banner of Telangana Jagruthi, Kavitha has conducted numerous programs focusing on critical issues such as farmers' concerns, unemployed youth, and women's reservation. These initiatives have kept her connected with the grassroots and allowed her to build a support base ahead of the new party's formation.
