The Karnataka Forest Department has officially passed a formal order to resume safari operations in the renowned Bandipur and Nagarahole tiger reserves. In the NTR ecotourism range at Nagarahole, located near Veeranahosahalli, authorities have permitted a total of 14 safari trips daily. Each safari trip is scheduled to last for a duration of two hours.
The daily safari operations will be conducted in two distinct time slots to maximize visitor experience while minimizing disturbance to wildlife. The first slot runs from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, followed by an afternoon slot from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
