The General Administration (Coordination) Department of the Kerala government has issued an official order assigning district-wise responsibilities to members of the state cabinet. This move aims to facilitate better district-level coordination and oversee development activities across the state.
District Allocations for Ministers
Transport Minister C P John has been given the charge of Thiruvananthapuram district. Minister Shibu Baby John will oversee Kollam district, while Minister P C Vishnunath has been assigned Pathanamthitta district. The other district allocations are as follows:

- Roji M John – Ernakulam
- O J Jeneesh – Thrissur
- N Shamsuddeen – Palakkad
- P K Basheer – Malappuram

- T Siddique – Wayanad
- Sunny Joseph – Kannur
- K M Shaji – Kasaragod
Role and Responsibilities
Each minister will be responsible for coordinating government programmes and monitoring the implementation of development projects in their respective districts.
