Shiggaon MLA Yasir Ahmed Khan Pathan has alleged harassment by Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai. Pathan, who recently traveled to New Delhi along with other aspirants for ministerial positions, reportedly submitted his grievances to Congress General Secretary K C Venugopal.
