The complainants alleged that Sharma's remarks have tarnished the image of Bhajan Lal and deeply hurt the sentiments of people in the region. A written complaint was submitted to the police, urging immediate legal action. According to the complaint, Sharma allegedly made derogatory comments against Bhajan Lal and his family during an event held in Panchkula on April 24.

The complainants stated that the remarks have deeply offended supporters and residents of the area. They emphasized that Bhajan Lal was a senior public leader and such statements against him are not only personally offensive but also socially unacceptable. The group has demanded prompt police action, including the registration of an FIR.

Legal Notice

Meanwhile, a Fatehabad-based supporter named Suresh Bishnoi has served a legal notice on the MP. The notice seeks a response to the alleged remarks and warns of legal proceedings if a satisfactory reply is not provided within the stipulated time.

Wider Protests Expected

The protests are expected to widen, with Bhajan Lal's supporters announcing plans to file similar complaints in all districts of Haryana as well as in Rajasthan, Punjab, and other states on Friday. The situation remains tense as political circles await further developments.
