Accompanying him was his maternal uncle, Deepak Kumar, a 30-year-old army jawan who was riding pillion on the motorcycle. The tragic accident took place near Diggi village under Mohanpur police station limits in Deoghar district.

"My grandson was returning home on bike with his maternal uncle, Deepak Kumar, an army jawan. The bike lost balance en route and crashed into a roadside pole," stated Shishir's grandfather, Rajendra Kapri, describing the heartbreaking incident.

Both injured individuals were immediately rushed to Deoghar Sadar Hospital for emergency medical attention. Tragically, doctors declared Shishir dead upon arrival.
