A tragic road accident near Hardiya Chauraha in Basti on Sunday claimed three lives and left four others injured after a speeding trailer collided head-on with a passenger tempo. The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community and raised serious concerns about road safety in the area.

According to police reports, the tempo was carrying approximately seven passengers when the accident occurred. As it approached Hardiya Chauraha, a trailer traveling from the opposite direction at high speed crashed directly into the smaller vehicle.
