Royapuram has delivered a clear result, with Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam's K V Vijay Damu winning the seat by a comfortable margin. With counting complete across all 15 rounds, Vijay Damu secured 59,091 votes, defeating DMK's Dr A Subair Khan, who polled 44,842 votes. AIADMK's D Jayakumar finished third with 18,420 votes.
