Yogi Adityanath's Scathing Attack on Grand Alliance in Motihari

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a blistering assault on the Grand Alliance during a political rally in Motihari on Saturday. He squarely accused the opposition coalition of having plunged Bihar into darkness in the past and now conspiring to "steal free ration" meant for the people. Addressing a gathered crowd at the local sports club, the firebrand leader asserted that Bihar desperately needs good governance and prosperity, not a return to the dreaded "jungle raj" of the past.

Contrasting Visions: Jungle Raj vs. Viksit Bihar

Yogi Adityanath painted a stark contrast between the alleged lawlessness of previous regimes and the current development trajectory under the NDA. He recalled that during the RJD-Congress regime, Bihar witnessed more than 60 massacres, and kidnapping was the main business of that era. "The criminals were getting protection from the govt. But our govt has a zero-tolerance policy against crime and criminals," he declared emphatically.

In a direct attack on the RJD candidate from the Motihari assembly constituency, Yogi claimed, "This candidate faces more than 26 criminal cases." He warned that after the formation of the new government in the state, all such elements would be put behind bars.

Contrasting this with the present, he stated that Bihar is now moving forward to lay the foundation of a 'Viksit Bihar' (developed state). He highlighted the state's progress in infrastructure, noting, "Today, it boasts of good road, rail, and air connectivity, along with metro facilities." He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for establishing a tradition of pursuing both heritage and development together.

NDA's Development Promise and Call to Action

Yogi Adityanath positioned the NDA's "double-engine government" as the sole guarantor of development and stability for Bihar. He urged the voters of Motihari to support the NDA candidate, Pramod Kumar, for continued progress.

He also invoked the symbolic construction of temples to underscore the NDA's commitment to cultural heritage alongside development. "The Congress and RJD had opposed the construction of the Ram Lalla temple in Ayodhya, but despite their opposition, the temple was completed under Modi’s leadership," he said. "Now, the construction of the Mother Janaki temple at Punaura is also under way."

Intensifying his attack on the Grand Alliance, he questioned their credibility on job creation. "These people have come together only to deceive you in the name of jobs," he cautioned. "Those who grabbed your land and even the fodder meant for animals, how will they give you employment?" He called upon the people of Bihar to stay alert and not fall for the opposition's false promises.

The rally was also addressed by Bihar deputy CM Samrat Choudhary and senior BJP leader Radha Mohan Singh, who echoed the sentiments for a stable and development-oriented government in the state.
