Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a detailed inspection of the Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow on Wednesday. His visit was aimed at reviewing the final preparations for the upcoming inauguration of the memorial by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, scheduled for December 25.

Security and Logistics Top Priority

During his on-site assessment, the Chief Minister issued crucial directives to the officials present. He emphasized the need for foolproof security arrangements at the venue. A specific instruction was given to increase the height of the fencing on the walls to enhance safety measures.

To manage the expected influx of visitors and dignitaries, CM Yogi stressed the importance of seamless traffic management. He ordered that proper parking arrangements be put in place to prevent congestion. Furthermore, he instructed that work on planning diversions and installing clear signage should be completed at the earliest.

Focus on Cleanliness and Timely Completion

While touring the museum complex, Adityanath directed the authorities to ensure all remaining work is finished promptly. He asked officials to pay special attention to cleanliness across the entire premises, ensuring a pristine environment for the grand opening.

The Chief Minister took particular note of the painting work being done on the statue of Deendayal Upadhyay. In response, Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) Vice-Chairman Prathmesh Kumar assured him that the painting would be completed within two days. He added that the curation work for the entire site would be finalized two days before the inauguration ceremony.

Inauguration Day Schedule Revealed

Vice-Chairman Kumar also briefed the CM on the planned schedule for the historic event. According to the schedule, Prime Minister Modi will begin by unveiling the statues of national heroes and offering floral tributes.

Following this, the Prime Minister will formally inaugurate the museum. He is then expected to tour the dedicated galleries and courtyards honoring Syama Prasad Mookerjee, Deen Dayal Upadhyay, and Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The visit will also include the Bharat Mata, Deepak, and Sudarshan courtyards.

The ceremony will culminate with Prime Minister Modi addressing the assembled guests from a stage specially constructed at the Prerna Sthal, after he exits the museum.

The inspection underscores the state government's commitment to a flawless and secure inauguration of the Rashtra Prerna Sthal, a memorial dedicated to inspiring national figures.
