This year's marathon, themed "Cholo Dourai", is expected to be a grand affair with over 15,000 participants flooding the city's iconic routes. Major road closures: JL Nehru Road between Lenin Sarani and AJC Bose Road crossing, AJC Bose Road from Hastings Crossing to Mullick Bazar, New Road, Dufferin Road, Khidderpore Road, and Casuarina Avenue.
Additional restricted routes: Hospital Road, Lovers Lane, Park Circus 7-point crossing, Mayo Road, Camac Street between Theatre Road and Park Street, and Free School Street between Park Street and Kyd Street.

Drivers should anticipate restrictions or diversions on multiple other roads including Wood Street, Hungerford Street, R A Kidwai Road, Park Street, Shakespeare Sarani, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Surawardy Avenue, P C Connector, New Park Street, Orient Row, and Talbagan Lane.
