Rajasthan Bodybuilding Association Announces Comprehensive Championship Calendar for 2026-27
Jaipur: The Rajasthan State Bodybuilding Association has officially unveiled its annual calendar, outlining a series of prestigious championships set to take place across the state over the coming years. Naveen Yadav, the President of the Rajasthan Bodybuilding Association, made the formal announcement in Jaipur on Saturday. The calendar features multiple events designed to cater to various age groups and competitive levels within the bodybuilding and physique disciplines.
The flagship event, the 'He-Man of Rajasthan' Championship, is scheduled to be held in Jaipur on October 28, 2026. This competition will include 9 weight categories for bodybuilding and 3 categories for men's physique, offering a platform for top athletes to showcase their strength and conditioning.
State and Junior Championships Across Rajasthan
In addition to the He-Man event, the association has detailed several other major championships:
- The 54th 'Mr Rajasthan' State Bodybuilding Championship will be organized in Rajsamand. This event is set to feature 9 weight categories for bodybuilding, 3 groups for men's fitness physique, and one category each for men's sports physique and women's fitness physique, making it a comprehensive showcase of athletic prowess.
- The 29th 'Junior Mr Rajasthan' Bodybuilding Championship will take place in the Bundi district. It will comprise 6 weight categories for bodybuilding and 2 sections for men's physique, focusing on nurturing young talent in the sport.
- The 6th edition of the 'Summer Mr Rajasthan' Championship is planned for Phalodi in April 2027. This competition will include 9 weight categories for bodybuilding and 2 categories for physique, adding to the seasonal diversity of events.
Association Meeting and Prize Details
Naveen Yadav further informed that an extraordinary general meeting of the Rajasthan State Bodybuilding Association will be convened at the association's head office on April 19, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
