Visakhapatnam student V Ramadevi has brought glory to her university and city by winning a silver medal at the 69th National School Games. The prestigious event took place in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.
A Remarkable Performance in Weightlifting
Ramadevi competed in the challenging 53 kg weightlifting category. She demonstrated exceptional strength and skill throughout the competition.
Impressive Lifts and Total Score
During the snatch event, she successfully lifted 60 kg. In the clean and jerk, she managed an impressive 83 kg. This combined effort gave her a total lift of 143 kg, which was enough to secure the silver medal.
