Sesa Football Academy Concludes AFC 'C' License Course for Aspiring Coaches
Panaji: Sesa Football Academy (SFA) has successfully concluded the AFC 'C' license course, a structured training program designed to equip aspiring football coaches from across India with essential knowledge and skills. This marks the fourth such course conducted by SFA since the beginning of 2024, with more than 80 coaches having completed the comprehensive curriculum to date.
Intensive 12-Day Program Focuses on Coaching Enhancement
The 12-day intensive program was meticulously crafted to enhance coaching capabilities through a balanced blend of theoretical learning and practical training sessions. Aimed at strengthening the grassroots football ecosystem in the country, the course provided participants with hands-on experience and in-depth insights into modern coaching methodologies.
AIFF Refresher Course Also Hosted by SFA
In addition to the AFC 'C' license course, SFA hosted an AIFF Refresher Course, which saw 23 participants engage in both practical and theory sessions. This supplementary program was conducted under the expert guidance of Gavin Araujo, further enriching the educational offerings at the academy.
Expert Instructors Lead the Training Initiatives
The courses were conducted under the supervision of experienced instructors, including SFA technical director Gavin Araujo and Antonio Prestly Pereira, who served as the assistant instructor from the All India Football Federation (AIFF). Their expertise ensured a high-quality learning environment for all attendees.
