The Roundglass Hockey Academy (RGHA) U-18 team is set to participate in the International Youth Hockey Cup in Sydney, Australia, from June 23 to June 27, 2026. The tournament will feature young talent from across the region, offering RGHA players a chance to compete against international opponents and gain exposure to diverse playing styles.
Tournament Fixtures and Opponents
According to the tournament schedule, RGHA will open its campaign against NSW Lions on June 23. The team will then face Team Majulah Singapore and NSW Singhs on June 24, followed by Bobby Academy on June 25. RGHA will conclude its league-stage fixtures against Shepparton on June 26. The Boys Grand Final is scheduled for June 27, where the top two teams from the league stage will compete for the title.
Recent Success in Kenya
The tour follows a successful international outing for the academy in Kenya, where Roundglass Hockey Academy's senior team won the Sikh Union Club Nairobi Centenary Celebrations Hockey Tournament 2026. In the final, the academy side defeated hosts Nairobi Sikh Union 4-1, demonstrating the strength of the academy's high-performance programme.
