New Delhi: Sunrisers Hyderabad secured their place in the IPL 2026 playoffs with a five-wicket victory over Chennai Super Kings at Chepauk on Monday. The successful chase was anchored by Ishan Kishan and Heinrich Klaasen, who added a match-winning 75 runs for the third wicket.
Klaasen's Brisk Knock
Klaasen contributed a brisk 47 off 26 balls, striking two sixes and six fours. This knock took his tally to 555 runs from 13 matches, lifting him to the top of the IPL 2026 Orange Cap standings, one run ahead of second-placed Sai Sudharsan of Gujarat Titans.

KL Rahul of Delhi Capitals rounds off the top five with 533 runs from 13 matches, scoring at a strike rate of 171.93, with one century and four fifties.
