BI WORLDWIDE India Extends Support to GoSports Foundation Programs Through FY 2028
BI WORLDWIDE India Extends GoSports Foundation Partnership

In a significant boost for India's sporting future, BI WORLDWIDE India has announced a major extension of its partnership with the GoSports Foundation. The company will continue to fund two of the foundation's flagship initiatives—the Rahul Dravid Athlete Mentorship Program (RDAMP) and the GoSports Long Term Athlete Development Program (GLTADP)—for several more years, solidifying its long-term commitment to nurturing homegrown athletic talent.

Multi-Year Commitment to Athlete Development

The corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of the global engagement solutions leader has committed to supporting the GoSports Long Term Athlete Development Program (GLTADP) for a second consecutive cycle, from the financial year 2025–26 through 2027–28. Simultaneously, its backing for the Rahul Dravid Athlete Mentorship Program (RDAMP), which began in FY 2023–24, has also been extended through FY 2027–28. This strategic move ensures sustained, high-performance support for athletes targeting the Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games.

BI WORLDWIDE India's journey with the GLTADP began in FY 2020–21. The program is designed to take a holistic approach, transforming early talent into elite performers by providing comprehensive resources. These include:

  • Access to expert coaching and world-class sports science.
  • Nutritional guidance and physiotherapy.
  • Mental conditioning and strength training.
  • International exposure and competition travel support.

The current GLTADP cohort consists of 16 athletes across 10 different sports. All have represented India on international platforms and excelled in national competitions, collectively securing an impressive 67 medals in the last fiscal year alone.

Mentorship and Support for Elite Champions

The Rahul Dravid Athlete Mentorship Program, which BI WORLDWIDE India joined earlier this year for a three-year term, offers specialized guidance to a select group of top-tier athletes. The program features mentorship from cricket icon Rahul Dravid and supports 12 elite athletes across 7 sports. This distinguished group includes 7 Olympians and 3 Arjuna Awardees.

Both programs go beyond mere financial aid. They create an ecosystem where athletes receive ongoing guidance from a core team of coaches, nutritionists, and physiotherapists. The goal is to provide everything necessary for athletes to achieve and sustain peak performance on the world's biggest stages.

Leadership Voices on a Decade-Long Partnership

Commenting on the extended collaboration, Siddharth Reddy, CEO & MD of BI WORLDWIDE India, highlighted the alignment of values. "Sport cultivates the mindset of resilience, discipline, and excellence — values that mirror the high-performance culture we help build for our clients," he stated. "Our partnership with GoSports Foundation reflects this shared purpose. We’re proud to support programs that not only empower athletes but also inspire the kind of sustained performance we believe drives long-term success."

Nandan Kamath, Managing Trustee of GoSports Foundation, expressed gratitude for the enduring alliance. "Our journey with BI WORLDWIDE India began in 2014, enabling us to become catalysts in Indian sport," he said. "Now, as we celebrate a decade of partnership—including five years of CSR-driven support towards GLTADP—and embark on another program for elite athletes, our partnership continues to grow stronger. We are grateful to have a partner that truly believes in the vision and impact of sport in nation-building."
