In a significant initiative to bolster India's storied wrestling heritage and cultivate future Olympic medalists, the M3M Foundation, in partnership with the Yogeshwar Dutt Wrestling Academy, organized the "M3M Foundation Gold Cup – Under-20 National Wrestling Mahasangram". This prestigious event took place on March 15–16, 2026, in Rohtak, Haryana, drawing over 550 young wrestlers from across the nation.
Championship Highlights and Theme
Centered around the inspiring theme "Mitti Se Olympics Medal Tak" (From Soil to Olympic Medal), the championship provided a robust national platform for emerging talent. Participants included more than 25 international-level wrestlers, representing over 50 akhadas and wrestling academies from eight states. The tournament aimed to showcase skill, determination, and competitive spirit among India's youth.
Infrastructure and Support for Athletes
Hosted at the Yogeshwar Dutt Wrestling Academy, founded by Olympic medalist Yogeshwar Dutt, the event underscored the deep connection between traditional wrestling culture and global sporting aspirations. During the championship, a Girls' Hostel at the Yogeshwar Dutt Sports Academy was inaugurated with M3M Foundation's support, enhancing sports infrastructure and providing safe training facilities for female athletes.

The two-day event featured intense bouts across multiple weight categories:
- Under-20 (Boys): 50 kg, 57 kg, 65 kg, 74 kg, 85 kg, and 92 kg.
- Under-23 (Girls): 50 kg, 55 kg, 60 kg, and +65 kg.
- Open Weight Category: For additional challenges.
Outstanding performers were felicitated, with cash prizes awarded to wrestlers securing first, second, third, and fourth positions, recognizing their hard work and sporting excellence.
