Prayagraj: Online mode has emerged as the preferred choice among candidates for the Post Graduate Admission Test (PGAT)-2026 of Allahabad University, indicating a growing shift towards technology-enabled examinations. Out of 29,008 applications received for postgraduate and professional courses, 15,344 candidates (52.90%) have opted for the online mode, while 13,664 (47.10%) will appear offline.
The trend suggests candidates are increasingly favouring online tests due to the convenience of centres closer to home and the ease of digital platforms.
