The clip, which has gone viral on social media platforms, depicts a person dressed in a black sari perched on the bonnet of what is believed to be a 112 Janrakshak vehicle. This vehicle is designated for emergency response, public safety, and patrolling duties. The footage is suspected to have been shot on the lower promenade of the riverfront's eastern side, reportedly during nighttime.

Police officials have stated that several details remain unclear. B P Rajia, inspector at the Sabarmati Riverfront East police station, noted that the exact location has not been confirmed from the video, and the vehicle's number plate is not clearly visible. Authorities are also trying to determine whether the clip is recent or from an earlier date. The process of registering a formal complaint is currently underway.
