The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with BharathCloud to deliver cloud infrastructure services to company secretaries and ICSI members nationwide.
Key Details of the Agreement
Under this agreement, ICSI members can access cloud-based services at special rates for two years. The services are designed to help practitioners and firms manage data, applications, backups, and remote access through cloud infrastructure.
Training and Onboarding
As part of the arrangement, BharathCloud will conduct onboarding and training sessions to assist members in adopting the technology.

ICSI President Pawan Chandak stated that the profession is becoming increasingly digital, requiring secure and compliant technology solutions. He said, “This collaboration will help company secretaries access cloud infrastructure aligned with regulatory and data governance requirements and support them in their professional work.”
Padma Reddy Sama, co-Founder of BharathCloud, noted that company secretaries handle sensitive corporate and compliance-related information and need reliable digital infrastructure. She remarked, “The partnership aims to make cloud adoption easier and more accessible for professionals and firms of different sizes.”
