IFFCO Recruitment 2026: Management Trainee HR Apply by April 29

The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has released a notification for the recruitment of Management Trainees in Human Resource. The positions are for placements across IFFCO establishments located PAN India, with transferability to existing or future units and subsidiaries.

Application Process

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply through the official website. Applications submitted through any other medium will be considered invalid. The last date to submit application forms is April 29, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have completed an integrated MBA program of five years or a regular two-year full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resource or Personnel Management from a university or institute recognized by UGC/AICTE. Knowledge of computer operations is essential.

Minimum Marks

General and OBC category candidates must have at least 60% marks, while SC and ST candidates need a minimum of 55%. Those with CGPA scores should convert them into percentages at the time of applying.

Age Limit

The upper age limit is 25 years as of April 30, 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per norms: five years for SC/ST candidates and three years for OBC candidates not belonging to the creamy layer.

Selection Procedure

The selection process includes a computer-based online exam, followed by an interview. The decision to conduct the online test will be based on the number of applications received. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the online test will be called for an interview.

After clearing the interview, selected candidates must undergo a medical test as per norms before final selection.

Training and Stipend

Selected candidates will undergo one year of training, during which they will receive a stipend of approximately Rs 55,000 per month, including HRA and other allowances.
