The Indian Army, under the Ministry of Defence, has released a recruitment notification for Civilian Switch Board Operator (CSBO) Grade-II posts. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed matriculation (10th pass) and possess six months of experience in handling Private Branch Exchange (PBX) equipment. Age limit and other eligibility conditions are detailed in the official notification available on the Indian Army website.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of a written examination carrying 100 marks. The written test covers General Intelligence, Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness, English, and Reasoning. Candidates who qualify in the written exam will be called for a practical test and an interview. Both the practical test and interview are qualifying in nature. The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the written examination.
