OnePlus is preparing to expand its Nord series in India with the launch of the OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite smartphone on May 7. The company has officially confirmed the launch date and shared a teaser image revealing key design elements.
Design and Display
The teaser image shows a triple rear camera setup arranged vertically on the left side. The smartphone features a flat screen design and will be available in two colour options: Vivid Mint and Hyper Black. The 6.72-inch Full HD display supports a dynamic refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz, scaling up to 144Hz for gaming. It offers up to 144 FPS in runner games and up to 90 FPS in popular shooter titles.
Performance and Battery
Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex chipset. It houses a massive 7,000 mAh battery with support for 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging, ensuring extended usage and quick top-ups.
Camera Capabilities
The smartphone packs a 50MP main camera capable of 4K video recording. The 8MP front camera is designed for dependable selfies and video capture for social media. Enhanced camera features include Motion Photos with 4K support and AI-powered editing tools such as AI Perfect Shot, AI Reflection Eraser, AI Detail Boost, AI Portrait Glow, AI Eraser, and AI Reframe. Built-in video and music editing tools allow users to create and refine content directly on the device, with support for high-quality exports including 4K resolution and original frame rates.
Software and AI Features
The OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite integrates Google Gemini experiences, including Gemini Live with camera and screen sharing support. This enables real-time AI interaction, whether analyzing on-screen content or receiving contextual guidance through the camera, making everyday tasks more intuitive and efficient. The smartphone runs Android 16 operating system with the company's own OxygenOS 16 layer on top.

The device comes with MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification, offering strong protection against dust ingress and everyday splashes, ensuring durability in various conditions.
