Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have completed a Master's degree in either Hindi or English. Additionally, candidates should possess a translation diploma or certification, or have relevant experience working in government departments related to translation, depending on the specific post.

The age of applicants must be between 18 and 30 years as of August 1, 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules and regulations.
Selection Procedure
The selection process consists of two rounds. The first paper is a computer-based test comprising multiple-choice questions from General Hindi and General English, carrying a total of 200 marks. Each wrong answer will result in a deduction of 0.25 marks. The second paper is a descriptive test covering translation and essays, also worth 200 marks.
