Antier Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading blockchain consulting and development company in India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. The agreement was executed on June 10, 2026, at NIELIT's Corporate Office in New Delhi and will remain in force for five years.

NIELIT brings its extensive network of IT training and examination centres, curriculum authority, and the NIELIT Digital University (NDU) platform. Antier contributes over 15 years of engineering excellence in blockchain, artificial intelligence, DeFi, Web3, and emerging digital infrastructure, with more than 1,000 global projects delivered.
The MoU outlines potential cooperation areas, including collaboration on the NIELIT Digital University platform, designing curriculum and training programmes in blockchain and AI, jointly exploring use cases for citizen and governance challenges, sharing infrastructure and expertise, and exploring secure examination conduct. Specific scope for each area will be defined through separate proposals as the partnership evolves.
