The teaser of the upcoming animated feature film 'Return of the Jungle' from Emmy-nominated Indian animation studio Vaibhav Studios has been released. Set in contemporary India, the film is described as a modern-day Panchatantra-inspired story with strong Indian roots, as reported by Deadline.
Plot and Characters
The film follows a group of fourth graders who discover their confidence through enchanting jungle stories shared by a grandfather. The teaser showcases a mix of animals and cricket-playing kids who dream of becoming superheroes.
Previous Showcase and Direction
'Return of the Jungle' was previously showcased at the Cannes Film Market. It is directed by Vaibhav Kumaresh, the creator of JioStar mascot Simpoo and Warner Bros Discovery's 'Lamput'.
