Indian consumer electronics brand GoBoult has significantly expanded its Mustang series with the launch of three new smartwatches and a pair of true wireless earbuds in the Indian market. This launch marks the third year of GoBoult's partnership with the iconic automotive brand, bringing Mustang's design philosophy into the wearable technology space.
Detailed Pricing and Availability of the New Mustang Lineup
The newly introduced products include the Mustang Stallion smartwatch priced at Rs 3,999, the Mustang Racer available for Rs 2,999, and the Mustang Muscle carrying a price tag of Rs 1,999. Complementing these smartwatches is the Mustang Sprint true wireless earbuds, which retail for Rs 1,499.
All four products are now available across multiple sales channels throughout India, including direct-to-consumer platforms, major e-commerce websites, and quick commerce services, ensuring nationwide accessibility for consumers.
Automotive-Inspired Design Elements Across the Collection
Each product in the Mustang series incorporates distinctive design elements borrowed from Mustang's automotive heritage. The premium Mustang Stallion features a piston-head power switch, a rotating bezel inspired by speedometer designs, and an ignition-style lever that provides quick access to Activity Mode functionality.
The Mustang Racer smartwatch incorporates a tyre-tread crown designed for enhanced grip-based navigation, paired with a paddle-shifter lever. Its strap features an aerointake-inspired design specifically engineered to facilitate airflow during physical workouts and exercise sessions.
Taking a slightly different design approach, the Mustang Muscle smartwatch showcases a large curved display, an alloy-wheel inspired haptic crown, and a GT signature strap adorned with dual racing stripes for a sporty aesthetic.
The Mustang Sprint true wireless earbuds present a unique design with their double-walled transparent polycarbonate shell, crafted to resemble a car windshield. Each earbud features knurled touch control zones for intuitive operation and precise control.
Financial Projections and Market Strategy
GoBoult has revealed ambitious financial projections for its Mustang portfolio, expecting it to scale from approximately Rs 2 crore to an impressive Rs 12 crore in the coming phase. The company positions itself as the only Indian brand developing a comprehensive wearable and audio ecosystem around a globally recognized automotive icon.
"Every design and technical choice is made to create products that feel considered, confident, and built for everyday use," stated Tarun Gupta, co-founder of GoBoult, emphasizing the brand's commitment to thoughtful product development.
Broader Business Objectives and Premiumization Focus
These new launches align with GoBoult's strategic shift toward premiumization within the consumer electronics market. After closing the financial year 2025 with revenues around Rs 800 crore, the company has set an ambitious target of reaching Rs 3,000 crore by the financial years 2027-28.
This growth strategy places significant emphasis on premium and mid-premium product segments, which are projected to contribute approximately 70% of GoBoult's overall portfolio by the financial year 2026. The Mustang series represents a crucial component of this premiumization initiative, combining distinctive automotive design with functional wearable technology.
