Forza Horizon 6 Tokyo Treasure Hunt Guide: Location and Route
Forza Horizon 6 Tokyo Treasure Hunt Guide

Players attempting the Tokyo City Treasure Hunt in Forza Horizon 6 may face one of the toughest challenges in the current Spring Festival Playlist. The clue image points to a shipping container yard, but that description covers a large part of the Tokyo City region, making the treasure chest hard to pinpoint. However, those who find and smash the chest earn 100,000 Credits, 5,000 XP, and three Festival Playlist points. The challenge is available during the Spring Season and must be completed before the playlist rotates on June 18.

Where Is the Tokyo City Treasure Hunt Chest?

The treasure chest is located in the container port area on the east side of the Tokyo City region. Players can fast travel to the Tokyo City Docks drift zone to get close. From there, a row of warehouses is visible nearby. The chest is hidden within a warehouse route that requires navigating ramps, rooftops, and narrow catwalks. The correct warehouse is near the waterfront and part of the large shipping container yard.

How to Reach the Treasure Chest

Finding the chest is only half the challenge; reaching it demands a specific route through the warehouse complex. Start by driving up the ramp attached to the first warehouse near the drift zone. After gaining speed, jump across a gap onto a nearby catwalk. Then follow the exterior walkways around the warehouse while maintaining vehicle control. The route includes several jumps, narrow sections, and a steep ramp leading to the rooftop. After crossing the rooftop, follow the track down and enter a warehouse through a large door. Inside, a narrow steel walkway leads to another exit. The treasure chest is on the platform directly outside that door. Smashing it completes the challenge.

Be Careful on Catwalk Sections

The warehouse route features elevated catwalks with limited room for error. Some corners lack guardrails; driving too fast can cause your vehicle to fall off, forcing a restart. Maintaining moderate speed on turns while accelerating on straight sections makes the challenge easier.

Rewards for Completing the Challenge

Players who successfully find and destroy the chest receive:

  • 100,000 Credits
  • 5,000 XP
  • 3 Festival Playlist points

The points contribute to Spring Season progression and can help unlock seasonal reward cars. The Spring Season currently offers two reward vehicles: the Toyota Starlet Glanza V 1996 (requires 15 points) and the Toyota Corolla SR5 1974 (requires 30 points). While the Treasure Hunt grants three points toward those totals, players need to complete additional Spring Season activities to unlock both cars.

Challenge Available for a Limited Time

The Tokyo City Treasure Hunt is part of the Spring Season in the Welcome to Japan Series 1 Festival Playlist. It remains available until June 18, when the playlist switches to Summer Season and a new series begins. Players wanting the rewards should complete the Treasure Hunt before the seasonal reset.
